We’ve stayed in several places in Sarasota over the years, and this was easily our favorite.
The location is outstanding and close to everything. It’s walkable to the pool and pickleball courts, just 15 minutes from the beach, and surrounded by dozens of great restaurants and stores. You truly couldn’t ask for a better spot.
What really set this place apart were the amenities. Evona thought of absolutely everything. Every little detail was covered. We didn’t have to buy a single thing because the home was fully stocked with more than enough of whatever we needed. It genuinely felt like being in our own home.
We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting Sarasota, and we’re already looking forward to coming back.

We were in Sarasota for a long weekend. This condo was perfect for our family. Very clean and felt just like we were at home. Loved the location and how quickly she replied to our messages. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend it!

I loved my stay at Evona's home. It's well decorated, just like the pictures. The architecture of the house and the whole complex is very unique and welcoming. I was in so much peace the entire time I was there. The neighborhood is very quiet with beautiful landscaping to walk around when you want to get some fresh air. Location is very good, close to several beaches, Siesta Key beach, Venice beach, and several other beaches. There are parks nearby to go for a nature walk. Down town Sarasota is only 15 minutes away. I highly recommend Evona as a host and her home to anyone. I would definelty stay there, next time I am in Sarasota.
