what a beautiful, clean and very welcoming home. The communication was amazing, I love the whole house. The bathrooms are beautiful and clean, the rooms are amazing, the beds omg, the mattress and pillows are very comfortable I highly recommend this home to a responsible family. The only thing I will say that for a one night the cleaning fee shouldn't be three hundred plus, maybe one hundred and should be determined on how guest leave the house but overall AMAZING one night stay I would love to stay a whole weekend one day!! We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful vacation rental. The house was spacious, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable week. One of our favorite features was the outdoor space—it felt private and secluded, surrounded by gorgeous lush landscaping and fruit trees. The pool and hot tub were both clean and kept at a perfect temperature throughout our stay. We also made great use of the tennis court and even organized a few pickleball tournaments, which provided hours of fun and entertainment. We cooked most of our meals at the house, so the well-stocked kitchen was a huge bonus and had everything we needed. The beach was only about a 10-minute drive away, making it easy to enjoy the coastline whenever we wanted. Enjoyed dinner at Walt's. Close and great affordable, quality seafood. The hostess was gracious, welcoming, and very responsive to any questions we had. Overall, this was an excellent stay, and we would happily return. Highly recommend! The only suggestion we would make is to provide a little more empty cabinet or pantry space for guests to store groceries.

If you’re ever coming down to Sarasota, THIS is the place to stay. The decor of the house is spot on with beautiful vintage mid century furniture that would easily be an interior designers dream vacation home. The pool is perfect, my children enjoyed it immensely especially with the water feature and the vegetation in the garden is stunning to look at at any time of day, especially in the morning while having your coffee or breakfast. It’s close to beaches and convenience stores and the area is quiet for a good nights’ rest. I highly recommend staying at this gem of an Airbnb!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with a great layout that made it easy for everyone to enjoy their own space. The pool area was especially beautiful and relaxing. We also loved seeing the little wild rabbits eating grass in the backyard—it was such a nice touch of nature! Evona was a wonderful host, very attentive and always making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We truly appreciate her hospitality and would definitely recommend staying here!

We had a great stay. The house was spacious, clean, and had plenty of room for our family to spread out and relax. The views from the ocean-facing patios were absolutely incredible and easily one of the best parts of the property. We also loved being able to kayak right from the house and were lucky enough to see both manatees and dolphins, which was a huge highlight of our trip. We’ve stayed in several places in Sarasota over the years, and this was easily our favorite. The location is outstanding and close to everything. It’s walkable to the pool and pickleball courts, just 15 minutes from the beach, and surrounded by dozens of great restaurants and stores. You truly couldn’t ask for a better spot. What really set this place apart were the amenities. Evona thought of absolutely everything. Every little detail was covered. We didn’t have to buy a single thing because the home was fully stocked with more than enough of whatever we needed. It genuinely felt like being in our own home. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting Sarasota, and we’re already looking forward to coming back.

This is an excellent airbnb. I have stayed at many this year, and this is top of the list. It is thoughtfully stocked and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Some airbnbs are devoid of a salt shaker. This is not one of those places. She even had a sample of snacks available, which is really above and beyond. The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean and organized. The complex is perfectly suitable for everything south Sarasota and beyond. I did not use the pool, but I have seen it and it is very nice. She also had beach equipment available, although again I did not use it this trip. I could not recommend more highly!

We had a wonderful stay at Evona’s house. It was so comfortable & nicely furnished with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. Super comfortable bed & sofa. Kitchen was great - spacious & well equipped. Especially appreciated the kettle being British! Loved the secluded garden & we had our thanksgiving dinner out there. The street was so quiet & next to the house was a pretty walkway which you could take - 10 mins walk to Aldi (supermarket) & the French bakery (highly recommended). Can’t say much about restaurants as we ate in most evenings but downtown is only a short ride away with lots of places to eat. Not a long drive to both Siesta & Lido beaches & Arlington park with its huge swimming pool is a very short drive or 20 mins walk away. We would love to return for thanksgiving next year.

As is true with all Airbnbs, there were pre and cons with this house. The Pros: This location was amazing. Beautiful and safe neighborhood, amazing landscaping all around, 15 minutes to Siesta Key beaches. The pool area is the shining star of this house - heated, covered, seating in the sun and shade, amazingly beautiful. The Cons: This is an old run down house with a fresh coat of paint. The toilets ran endlessly, there are burned out lights all over, it just felt worn. The kitchen was quite spartan, we ended up just eating out more than planned. For being a beach destination and paying spring break prices we were disappointed that there was no cooler, ice trays/packs, umbrella, sand toys, bag, or wagon that are common in so many other Airbnbs in the area. We ended up buying a lot of this and leaving it behind. Overall the cons didn’t ruin our experience in this beautiful neighborhood, and I will say that Evona was extremely responsive to our requests.

Had a fantastic stay. The host was incredibly responsive and answered our questions when we were too silly to figure out the lock to get in. The place was cozy & comfortable. My biggest concern with any place we stay is how well I’ll be able to sleep since noises wake me easily. You can hear the main road a bit from the living room due to proximity but it dies down at night. More importantly the bedroom is positioned in a way that you don’t hear the noise at night especially if the AC is on so I slept great every night. Would stay here again!
