What a gem! This beautiful property checked every box: convenient location, safe neighborhood, and a space that made our spring break week wonderful. It was actually my first time renting on Airbnb, and Evona could not have made it a better experience. Her communication was warm and helpful, and she was incredibly responsive throughout. We had a wonderful time and couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Evona and this property!

Had a fantastic stay. The host was incredibly responsive and answered our questions when we were too silly to figure out the lock to get in. The place was cozy & comfortable. My biggest concern with any place we stay is how well I’ll be able to sleep since noises wake me easily. You can hear the main road a bit from the living room due to proximity but it dies down at night. More importantly the bedroom is positioned in a way that you don’t hear the noise at night especially if the AC is on so I slept great every night. Would stay here again!

Fantastic stay at the house. Exactly how it looks in pics. The pool is actually bigger than it looks. A great size and warm. Evona was amazing to deal with very responsive and proactive- one of the best hosts I have dealt with. Strongly recommend staying here

A buja és csendes kertben mókusok ugrálnak , a ház nagyon hangulatos, jó emlékunk lesz a medence melletti reggeli kávé rituálé. A házigazda nagyon kedves, gyorsan válaszolt kérésünkre, szuper élmény volt ez a pár nap.Extra tipp: a gyönyörű kád es az arany madárka a csapon kihagyhatatlan !

House was very clean and comfortable. Location is great close to beaches,shopping and downtown. Kitchen is well stocked and house is very well supplied with linens, beach towels and beach chairs. Neighborhood is quiet my dog loved the fully fenced yard . Evona was very quick to respond and very pleasant to work with.

We’ve stayed in several places in Sarasota over the years, and this was easily our favorite. The location is outstanding and close to everything. It’s walkable to the pool and pickleball courts, just 15 minutes from the beach, and surrounded by dozens of great restaurants and stores. You truly couldn’t ask for a better spot. What really set this place apart were the amenities. Evona thought of absolutely everything. Every little detail was covered. We didn’t have to buy a single thing because the home was fully stocked with more than enough of whatever we needed. It genuinely felt like being in our own home. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting Sarasota, and we’re already looking forward to coming back.

Thank you so much, Evona, We had a magnificent stay at your cozy place. Everything was perfect, and we truly had everything we needed and even more. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary tools for any kind of cooking, which made our stay even more comfortable. Falling asleep to the gentle music of the ocean was an absolute gem of an experience. One of the highlights was kayaking with dolphins right from the private deck to a hidden beach, something we will never forget. We will definitely recommend this stay to others. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience!

We were in Sarasota for a long weekend. This condo was perfect for our family. Very clean and felt just like we were at home. Loved the location and how quickly she replied to our messages. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend it!

I loved my stay at Evona's home. It's well decorated, just like the pictures. The architecture of the house and the whole complex is very unique and welcoming. I was in so much peace the entire time I was there. The neighborhood is very quiet with beautiful landscaping to walk around when you want to get some fresh air. Location is very good, close to several beaches, Siesta Key beach, Venice beach, and several other beaches. There are parks nearby to go for a nature walk. Down town Sarasota is only 15 minutes away. I highly recommend Evona as a host and her home to anyone. I would definelty stay there, next time I am in Sarasota.
