I loved my stay at Evona's home. It's well decorated, just like the pictures. The architecture of the house and the whole complex is very unique and welcoming. I was in so much peace the entire time I was there. The neighborhood is very quiet with beautiful landscaping to walk around when you want to get some fresh air. Location is very good, close to several beaches, Siesta Key beach, Venice beach, and several other beaches. There are parks nearby to go for a nature walk. Down town Sarasota is only 15 minutes away. I highly recommend Evona as a host and her home to anyone. I would definelty stay there, next time I am in Sarasota.

We had a very pleasant stay at this house. It is in a prime central location, minutes from Siesta beach, downtown and Saint Armand circle. It is clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything you need. Evona, the host, is very responsive and accommodating.

Foi uma experiencia muito gratificante ficar na casa da Evona. Boa localização, casa bem espaçosa, acho que piscina poderia estar com agua um pouco mais aquecida, pois fez um friozinho nos dias que estávamos hospedados. Recomendamos para outros clientes esse espaço e esperamos retornar novamente.

We had a great stay at this place. Close to a good coffee shop called O&A coffee, the YMCA, and the Bobby Jones golf club. We even caught fish less than a mile from the front door. The house was setup with everything we needed. Would stay again! Thanks

We had such a lovely stay! The host was incredibly kind and responsive, always making sure we had everything we needed. The place was spotless, cozy, and had a great atmosphere — it really felt like home. We truly enjoyed our time here and would love to come back again!

We had a wonderful stay here, the pool area is very private and nice to relax around. Neighborhood is quiet. Evona is a great host, responsive, and communicated concerns about unforeseen changes with our first accommodation. The process to book this as an alternate location was very smooth considering the short turnaround we had.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is in a great location — a quiet, peaceful neighborhood but still close to everything we needed. It felt very comfortable and homey. The beds were super cozy (we loved the duvet covers!), the ceiling fans worked great, and the big couch was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The kitchen was nice, and having a washer and dryer was a big plus — both worked perfectly. Evona was very friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. We really appreciated her attentiveness and care. We’d happily stay here again!

Evonna was a wonderful host. Home was just as we expected and looked just like the photos. We loved how the 2nd bathroom was away from the bedrooms. We had an early riser and they were quiet. Thank you for your quick responses to our requests and questions. Definitely would stay here again. Deby
