Thank you so much, Evona, We had a magnificent stay at your cozy place. Everything was perfect, and we truly had everything we needed and even more. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary tools for any kind of cooking, which made our stay even more comfortable. Falling asleep to the gentle music of the ocean was an absolute gem of an experience. One of the highlights was kayaking with dolphins right from the private deck to a hidden beach, something we will never forget. We will definitely recommend this stay to others. what a beautiful, clean and very welcoming home. The communication was amazing, I love the whole house. The bathrooms are beautiful and clean, the rooms are amazing, the beds omg, the mattress and pillows are very comfortable I highly recommend this home to a responsible family. The only thing I will say that for a one night the cleaning fee shouldn't be three hundred plus, maybe one hundred and should be determined on how guest leave the house but overall AMAZING one night stay I would love to stay a whole weekend one day!! If you’re ever coming down to Sarasota, THIS is the place to stay. The decor of the house is spot on with beautiful vintage mid century furniture that would easily be an interior designers dream vacation home. The pool is perfect, my children enjoyed it immensely especially with the water feature and the vegetation in the garden is stunning to look at at any time of day, especially in the morning while having your coffee or breakfast. It’s close to beaches and convenience stores and the area is quiet for a good nights’ rest. I highly recommend staying at this gem of an Airbnb!

We’ve stayed in several places in Sarasota over the years, and this was easily our favorite. The location is outstanding and close to everything. It’s walkable to the pool and pickleball courts, just 15 minutes from the beach, and surrounded by dozens of great restaurants and stores. You truly couldn’t ask for a better spot. What really set this place apart were the amenities. Evona thought of absolutely everything. Every little detail was covered. We didn’t have to buy a single thing because the home was fully stocked with more than enough of whatever we needed. It genuinely felt like being in our own home. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting Sarasota, and we’re already looking forward to coming back.

We've had an astounding experience staying at this beautiful place. The house manager Larry greeted us and gave an awesome vibe. He is a wonderful guy to deal with. The residence was as described - clean, modern, with lots of space around. Felt like we were home. The private pool area is very nice, surrounded by the garden plants. A perfect backyard to chill out. The Siesta Key beach is about 12 min to drive which , St Armands Circle is also very close and for sure a nice place to visit! We had a wonderful stay at Evona’s house. It was so comfortable & nicely furnished with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. Super comfortable bed & sofa. Kitchen was great - spacious & well equipped. Especially appreciated the kettle being British! Loved the secluded garden & we had our thanksgiving dinner out there. The street was so quiet & next to the house was a pretty walkway which you could take - 10 mins walk to Aldi (supermarket) & the French bakery (highly recommended). Can’t say much about restaurants as we ate in most evenings but downtown is only a short ride away with lots of places to eat. Not a long drive to both Siesta & Lido beaches & Arlington park with its huge swimming pool is a very short drive or 20 mins walk away. We would love to return for thanksgiving next year.

As is true with all Airbnbs, there were pre and cons with this house. The Pros: This location was amazing. Beautiful and safe neighborhood, amazing landscaping all around, 15 minutes to Siesta Key beaches. The pool area is the shining star of this house - heated, covered, seating in the sun and shade, amazingly beautiful. The Cons: This is an old run down house with a fresh coat of paint. The toilets ran endlessly, there are burned out lights all over, it just felt worn. The kitchen was quite spartan, we ended up just eating out more than planned. For being a beach destination and paying spring break prices we were disappointed that there was no cooler, ice trays/packs, umbrella, sand toys, bag, or wagon that are common in so many other Airbnbs in the area. We ended up buying a lot of this and leaving it behind. Overall the cons didn’t ruin our experience in this beautiful neighborhood, and I will say that Evona was extremely responsive to our requests.

Had a fantastic stay. The host was incredibly responsive and answered our questions when we were too silly to figure out the lock to get in. The place was cozy & comfortable. My biggest concern with any place we stay is how well I’ll be able to sleep since noises wake me easily. You can hear the main road a bit from the living room due to proximity but it dies down at night. More importantly the bedroom is positioned in a way that you don’t hear the noise at night especially if the AC is on so I slept great every night. Would stay here again!

This was a fantastic place to stay for our family’s first time in the Sarasota area! Our family of five was comfortable within the accommodations. It was a close drive to so many beaches and restaurants that we enjoyed visiting. Evona was friendly and responsive. I especially liked her binder full of suggestions of places to go things to see! Check in was a breeze, and she even accommodated us for a later check out due to our late flight, which was extremely thoughtful. The street at the home was on was quiet and my husband and I enjoyed walking to Starbucks almost daily We would definitely stay here again.

I was very pleased with my stay at Evona’s house in Southgate. The location is super convenient for getting to Siesta Key, St. Armonds, etc. I stayed there for a month, and found the house very comfortable. The backyard is nice and private. Even though the house is located near some major streets, there is very little traffic noise. Evona was very responsive to the few small items that arose during my stay. I would certainly stay again at one of Evona’s properties if o came back to Sarasota.

The house, pool and garden are all beautifully designd and kept. The carefully chosen furniture and many pictures on the walls tell us, the people with great taste must have spent a long time to make it fit. The kitchen is well equipped and our family of five feltat home instantly. Everything was tidy, the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, many with doors to outside areas. In short, it‘s one of the best places we have ever been to and we definitely hope to be back someday.
