House is very spacious with a great layout. Very quiet safe neighborhood. Great beds, great closet space and dressers, lots of towels and linens. Pool/patio was highlight for my boys. Yard was nice to explore and catch lizards. Generally a nice house. However, The hot tub was unusable; black algae on water; pool company didn’t come during our stay to clean. We were disappointed to miss out on hot tub nights. The patio could have used a powerwash. Maintenance/a little upgrading needed inside. Dishwasher falls out of wall when you load it, some outlets are dated and falling off the walls, damaged dry wall left unpainted, bathroom lights not working, Kitchen cooking/cutting utensils are old and broken. Bathroom jacuzzi tub had spiderwebs and bugs around it like it hadn’t been cleaned regularly. Needs a thorough deep clean, a little updating and fixing cosmetic flaws, hot tub area and tub itself cleaned well. Still, worth the price for pool area alone, and for the space in the house.
