Contemporary art-filled open spaces with a private lush garden and pool. 5 minute drive to Siesta Key beach and great restaurants abound. 3 bedrooms 3 baths sleeps 7. Furnished with custom designed furniture by Alvin Lustig created in the 40's. 3rd bedroom can also be used as an art studio. 3 minutes from shopping centers with Publix food store, Trader Joe’s and popular restaurants. 15 minutes to downtown Sarasota. Pool is solar heated not electric — may not be suitable in Dec through Feb.

This home is located in a great quiet neighborhood and has a gorgeous green yard with nice outdoor living. The sheets, towels and pillows were a little in the older side and could a revamp. The host was available and quick to respond. Note that the home has a 10am check out which is earlier than the Airbnb norm.

Everything was as expected based on the photos. The home was very clean and close to beaches, grocery and numerous restaurants. Overall 10/10
