House was very clean and comfortable. Location is great close to beaches,shopping and downtown. Kitchen is well stocked and house is very well supplied with linens, beach towels and beach chairs. Neighborhood is quiet my dog loved the fully fenced yard . Evona was very quick to respond and very pleasant to work with.
The house was spacious for 5 adults. The neighborhood was quiet and walkable to stores and restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes , pans , utensils, dish soap and dishwasher tablets. The beds were a little too firm for us but the living room sofas were very comfortable. Large dining table was great for family dinners. The tv has no local stations (some news) so come prepared to sign in with your own accounts. Beach towels , chairs and umbrella provided appreciated , although a few chairs need replaced soon. The enclosed patio was a nice relaxing space for morning coffee. Good location, spacious, good value, recommended.
