Sand & Sea Retreat

The home was beautiful with plenty of space for the 8 of us that stayed. It was clean and provided everything we needed for our vacation. If we ever decide to go back to Sarasota (which was a beautiful place to vacation), this property will be where we stay.

my family and I spent 10 days in this home, and it was exactly what we were looking for. Everything served the purpose perfectly. Only suggestions I can make 1. Maybe have a couple sheet pans for cooking, would come in handy when making biscuits or frozen pizza?Also maybe another towel hook in the bathrooms So theres room to hang more than one towel, and the wood deck in need of some repair. Some of the wood is rotted and soft in the front and by pool. Whenever I reached out with a concern or a question, they responded immediately. And was very helpful. We actually arrived a couple hours early and they allowed us to enter before the check in time Neighbors were quiet and friendly. I would definitely stay there again conveniently located. Restaurants, downtown and a fifteen minute drive to siesta key

What a gem! This beautiful property checked every box: convenient location, safe neighborhood, and a space that made our spring break week wonderful. It was actually my first time renting on Airbnb, and Evona could not have made it a better experience. Her communication was warm and helpful, and she was incredibly responsive throughout. We had a wonderful time and couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Evona and this property!
